If you’re playing on PrizePicks tonight, the strikeout props are where the edge is — and we’ve locked in three overs that stand out in a big way. Let’s break down why Jacob deGrom Over 7 Ks, Robbie Ray Over 6 Ks, and Nick Pivetta Over 7 Ks are all sharp plays for April 11th.

Jacob deGrom Over 7 Strikeouts vs. Mariners

This one is simple. When healthy, deGrom is the most electric strikeout pitcher in baseball. He faces a Mariners lineup that ranks near the bottom of the league in contact rate and has been striking out over 27% of the time versus right-handers to start the season.

Seattle has a low implied team total, meaning Vegas is expecting a dominant outing, and if deGrom goes six or more innings, he likely cruises past this number. He’s fresh, he’s throwing hard, and the matchup lines up. Ride the over.

Robbie Ray Over 6 Strikeouts vs. Yankees

Ray is always volatile, but when he’s in rhythm, the strikeouts pile up quickly. The Yankees are striking out more than usual, particularly against left-handed pitching. Their lineup features several power hitters who are prone to whiffs when chasing.

If Ray can stay ahead in counts — and that’s always the key with him — he has double-digit strikeout potential. At 6 Ks, there’s some built-in safety, but the ceiling is high. This is a nice spot for Ray to remind people of his upside.

Nick Pivetta Over 7 Strikeouts vs. Rockies (Away from Coors)

We love to target the Rockies on the road, and this spot for Pivetta is ideal. Colorado has one of the biggest home/road splits in baseball history, and away from Coors, they become a below-average offense with high strikeout rates.

Pivetta isn’t always consistent, but he has swing-and-miss stuff and will be in a pitcher-friendly park with a game total of just 6.5. If he gets to face the bottom of the order twice, this over should be in play with ease.
