Top Stacks To Target
- Kansas City and Baltimore lead our model as the top teams to stack this week but their projected ownership is through the roof! In cash games I recommend starting your lineups with Lamar Jackson or Pat Mahomes, but in Large Field GPPs and even single entries I may go a different path. If playing these stacks, then you would need to have some uniqueness in your lineup with your position players.
- Lets look at some pivots off these two teams that are projecting to be lower owned. The Dallas Cowboys are grading out very well in our model and are projected to be over looked by the field. This game has sneaky shootout potential as we have the Cowboys and Pats as the 2nd and 3rd fastest paced team this week. Starting lineups with Dak Presscott+ Cedee Lamb/Amari Cooper is a great way to build this week.
- The Indy Colts are another lower owned team that is projected to get overlooked by the field as well and are grading out very well especially on DK. Wentz has been bad so far but he really has started to come around the past two games putting up some really good passing stats. I love the idea of stacking Wentz+Pittman/Doyle with a run back off Brandin Cooks.
- Other teams stacks to consider Bengals, Washington and Lions
Running Backs
- With the news that Nick Chubb is out this week Kareem Hunt is a lock and load play on both sites. He is projecting for nearly 40+ ownership on both sites but this is a spot where I plan to eat the chalk and look to get different elsewhere.
- We have alot of injuries at the RB spot this week which opens up a lot of value on both sites. Darrell Williams and Khali Herbert are grading out very well in our model.
- With all the value that we have at RB this week, paying up at this spot will instantly make your lineup unique and this is a great way to build especially in GPPs. Some guys that I would look to target at the high/mid tier range are Dalvin Cook, Austin Ekler, Chubba Hubbard and Joe Mixon.
- Last, do not forget about Darrell Henderson Jr as he grades out very well this week as he gets a great matchup against the Giants. The Rams are big favorites in this game and we are projecting for a running game script which could benefit Henderson.
Wide Receivers
- Davante Adams is a guy that I love to target as he leads the league in volume and can really rack up fantasy points every week. Our models are very high on him this week and we have the value at other positions to pay up for him on both sites.
- I mentioned in the Top Stacks section that I really like the game environment in Houston this week, so targeting Brandin Cooks and Micheal Pittman Jr in this game is great for GPPs and I even think Cooks is cash game viable as well.
- Other WRs that are grading out very well in our model are Amari Cooper, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, Cooper Kupp, Jakobi Meyers, Kennan Allen and Amon St. Brown
Tight Ends
- Tight end pool this week is a bit wider than normal as we have some solid options on both sites this week. At the higher end Travis Kelce, Darren Waller and Mark Andrews are grading out very well. This is the first week where we will get Waller at much lower ownership than normal and I am very interested in rostering him especially on FD.
- In the mid range Dalton Shultz, Noah Fanr and T.J Hockenson are very much in play as well if you can not get up to the higher end TEs.
- Last in the value range Ricky Seal Jones is in play but keep in mind he will be very high owned on both sites.
Overall this should be a great slate with a lot of places to gain positive leverage on the field. Be sure to check out our lineup template closer to lock to get an in depth look on how we are building our lineups for each contest. Link is provided below
