Weather Concerns

We have a few places we need to watch tonight. MIL@PIT looks as if rain may cause either a delay or possible PPD. Also the same can be said for ATL@WAS but its not as bad as the game mentioned above.

Top Pitchers To Target

Overall pitching is loaded tonight as we have many options to choose from. Usually I like to narrow my pitching pool down to 2-4 options but tonight I can make a case for 6-8 guys. Ownership  will play a major role on which guys to target.

Jesus Luzardo and Adbert Alzolay-  Both of these pitchers are in play tonight as they both are in the same game which features a very low total.  We have them both projected high in our model and both are projected for over 6 strikeouts. We recommend rostering Luzardo as he is the better play between these two due to his lower price tag.

Robbie Ray- I love his price on Draftkings and the upside he brings as Ray has the highest strikeout rate on the slate. We have him projected for almost 7 seven strikeouts tonight and I actually think he can get between 9-10. This is also a huge park upgrade going into Seattle as they have one of the top pitcher ball parks in the league.

Charlie Morton-  The Nationals do see a boost with Juan Soto back in the lineup tonight but this is still a team that I want to target. Morton  has owned the Nationals this season and we expect the same type of showing tonight.

Other Pitchers To Consider

Blake Snell

Zach Wheeler

Tyler Mahle

Top Stacks To Target

Boston has the highest implied total on the slate tonight and is by far the team you need to target in cash games. Even in tournaments they are a good stack tonight but they will be very high owned on both sites so if you are stacking them find ways to different with your lineup. Below I will talk about a few teams that are great GPP pivots off of the Red Sox tonight.

Toronto Blue Jays-  Our model is a lot higher on the Jays tonight than the betting markets as we have them projected to score almost a full point more than what the markets are expecting. They lead our model in projected home runs as a team and are a great pivot off of the Red Sox. Chris Flexen has had a decent season so far this year but the one thing he struggles with his power from the right side of the plate and that fits right into the Blue Jays hands. If Bo Bichette  is back in the lineup tonight then this will boost the Jays even more!

Atlanta Braves–  Another team that we are higher on than the betting markets tonight as we have them projected for 5.6 runs. The Braves lineup sees a boost with Travis d’Arnaud back as they have power from 1-8 hitters. We expect them to come in low owned tonight on both sites and they have enough upside to lead the slate in production. Make sure to check the weather though closer to first pitch as there are some rain concerns.

Tampa Bay Rays-  Huge park upgrade going into Target Field. Michael Pineda has huge reverse splits and we expect the lefties to have majority of the production tonight for the Rays,

Other Stacks To Consider

Baltimore Orioles

Milwaukee Brewers

San Diego Padres
