Weather Concerns
PIT@NYM and PHI@BOS we have to watch closer to first pitch as they may have some rain concerns but its not at to much of a risk.
Top Pitchers To Target
Charlie Morton- He is priced up on both sites tonight which makes him somewhat out of play in GPPs but he can be considered a “safe option” for cash games. He ranks as the 5th best pitcher in our model but he has the highest projected projection as well by 4 points. We recommend to possibly fade tonight for cheaper pitchers listed below.
Kenta Maeda- What a great matchup tonight for Maeda against the Tigers. He has not pitched well for his standards from last year but this is a great opportunity for a bounce back performance tonight. He is grading out as the best pitcher in our model with a Sharks Rating of 81.75.
Triston Mckenzie- After being called up from the minors a few days ago Mckenzie will get a spot start tonight against a Royals team that strikeouts at a high % against right handed pitchers. Look for Mckenzie to pitch 5-6 innings tonight and if he his have success he can easily pay off his price tag on both sites.
Other Pitchers To Consider
Eric Lauer
Taijuan Walker
Top Stacks To Consider
LA Dodgers– With a Sharks Rating of 87.9 the Dodgers lead tonight slate by a pretty wide margin on both sites. The lefties are who we want the most tonight, Cody Bellinger and Max Muncy lead our model on the Dodgers side. If full stacking everyone is in play 1-8 as this will be a spot where we see Arizona’s Taylor Widener and their bullpen get blown up tonight.
Boston Red Sox- Rafael Devers, JD Martinez, Xander Bogaerts, Kike Hernández and Alex Verdugo are the top Red Sox hitters against Philadelphia’s Vince Velasquez tonight. He gives up a decent amount of hard contact to righties as over his carrer he has shown signs of being a reverse splits guy.
Other Stacks To Consider
Chicago White Sox (sneaky spot for them tonight)
Minnesota Twins
Philadelphia Phillies
