Philadelphia Phillies Total Runs OVER 5.0 (+105)- My favorite bet of the night hands down is this one. The normal total run line for the Phillies is OVER 4.5 (-125), but it’s a no brainer to bump up to the 5.0 since our Shark expected runs is at 5.55. It’s a plus money bet and this squad looks like the play tonight for us Sharks. This lineup on the offensive side combined with power, average, and speed will be too much for the Yank’s Domingo German to handle tonight. Add in a hitter friendly ballpark let’s get paid.

Miami Marlins/Washington Nationals OVER 9.0 (EVEN)– To the untrained eye, this matchup may not stick out. For the Sharks, it is telling us to take it to Vegas once again. Trevor Rodgers is the most expensive pitcher on DraftKings and 2nd highest priced on Fanduel. However, on our Shark Grades for pitchers, he grades out close to the bottom. The Nationals bats probably won’t be as hot as last night. They will supply enough runs, but the Marlins are the one’s to take this one OVER tonight.

Detroit Tigers ML (-120)- Anyone else probably would say this team is too hot and they are due for a loss. We say the Rangers are almost ready to break their band up with trades, and attack them. The Tiger’s Tarik Skubal is a a decent pitcher and will hold those Texas bats to a few hits. Add the hot bats of Detroit to the equation we win on the Money Line. Now for my Sharks that like to roam the deep waters, I’m inclined to even take Detroit Tigers -1.5 (+170)

Parlay 4 Leg (+726)

  • Phillies ML
  • Tampa Bay Rays ML
  • MIA/WSH OVER 9.0
  • SEA Total Runs OVER 4

NBA Bets

Phoenix Suns/Milwaukee Bucks UNDER 221 (-115)– This series has had it’s share of high scoring games. Last game was in that category as well. We saw both teams combine for 242 runs. Both teams were on fire and shot over 55% from the field, and even 50% from the 3point line (Suns shot 68%). Don’t expect these type of shooting percentages in this elimination game. Another logical thing to think about is the inconsistency of Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. They have been firing on all cylinders but history has shown this isn’t number. Let’s roll the dice to expect one of the three leaders of the Bucks to not be as effective.
