Weather Concerns

Pretty balanced night as far as weather but we do need to keep an eye out on two games. SD@ATL and BOS@TOR both have a few rain concerns that could possibly cause a delay or postponement.

TOP PITCHERS TO TARGET

Aaron Nola- The Yankees are normally a team that we recommend to stay away from but this is not your typical Yankees lineup. Aaron Judge and Gio Urshela are still out dealing with covid so this lineup is real watered down. We expect Nola to have lots of success tonight against a Yankees team that is very vulnerable against right handed  pitching. Nola leads our model with a Sharks Rating of 73.44 and we have him projected to get 1.26 strikeouts per inning. Fire Nola up with confidence tonight on both sites.

Shane McClanahan-  Yarbough struggled last night against these same Orioles but McClanahan projects to have more success than Yarbrough did last night. We expect the Orioles to start 9 righties again but McClanahan does have a better platoon split than Yarbough.  He is a great SP2 option on Draftkings and a good mid tier option on Fanduel if you are not paying up for Nola.

Tarik Skubal-  We have 3 pitchers with a Sharks Rating above 70 tonight and Skubal makes the cut as a nice pivot off Mclanahan. He does come with some risk as the Rangers have hit the ball better against lefties so far this month. We have him projected for 1.15 strikeouts per inning so there is some upside here.

Other Pitchers To Consider

Tyler Anderson (SP2 Draftkings)

YU Darvish ( Draftkings)

Top Stacks To Target

Our Model is a lot higher on teams that the public tonight as this is a great spot for us to gain a lot of leverage in tournaments. For cash games we have Coors Field and TOR/BOS that will gain a good bit of ownership. These are your cash games teams and teams that you should build around. Our model does see a significant amount of over ownership for these teams in tournaments though.

Philadelphia Phillies-  Our Model loves the Phillies tonight as they get a park upgrade going into Yankee Stadium and also get to add in a DH as well. German gives up alot of contact to both sides of the plate and he has also struggled with his control over the past 3 starts. We have them projected for the 5.55 runs today which is almost a full point more than Vegas. Fire up the Phillies in GPPs as a good low owned leverage stack off some of the chalkier teams.

Miami Marlins-  A starting lineup has not been released yet but this stacks bring you a lot of value in the middle of the order. They also get a huge park grade going into Nationals Park and a very hitable matchup against Paolo Espinol who is ranked the worst pitcher in our model.

Other Stacks to Consider

San Diego Padres (if game does not rain out)

Seattle Mariners

New York Mets
