In this article we will look to identify our top pitchers and stacks for tonight’s main slate. I believe that starting your builds with these players on each slate is a recipe for profitability over the long run.

Top Pitchers To Consider

• Carlos Rodon (FD 10500, DK 10200)-  Very tough matchup on paper for Rondon tonight but this should help keep ownership low on him. When you consider his upside and projected ownership he is my SP1 on both sites tonight in all formats.

• Charlie Morton (FD 9200, DK 9600)-  Morton has had a very rough season so far as his numbers are way down from the last year but he does have some nice stuff still left in his tank. The field will be very under on him and this is a most where I plan to be way over!

• Eric Lauer ( FD 8200, DK 9800)-  Lefties have had issues all year long against St. Louis and Lauer has had issues with keeping the ball in the park. What has me on him tonight is his projected ownership and his projected exit velocity. Look to grab some shares of him in GPPs on both sites.

Overall Pitching Thoughts

Early builds have me targeting some of the lower owned pitchers tonight due to how over owned Shohei Ohtani projecting to be on both sites. This is slate where I plan to go under or even full fade him and also George Kirby.  Pitching pool will include the 3 guys listed above and possibly Tarik Skubal

Top Stacks To Target

• Chicago Cubs-  Its very few times that I probably will recommend going to the Cubs for a stack but they are in a great spot tonight and can have success. They will be owned on both sites but we can get different elsewhere in our lineup

Overall Hitting Thoughts

With so many solid pitchers on this slate there is really not a team that is in a better matchup than the Cubs. I would recommend trying to get mini stacks from the Red Sox, Twins, and Orioles as lineup fillers.
